Job Description

1. Digital Market Analysis And Digital Marketing Strategy Design & Execution

  • Develop multi-channel performance digital marketing strategy (channels identification, resource allocation, target selection).
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Plan and Optimize Digital Media Budget/Maintain Digital Platform Performance.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Brand & Communication team to develop content and creatives adapted to the digital marketing strategy.
  • Configure settings in digital platforms management tools (Search engines, social media / messaging management platforms) to drive brand awareness and/or lead acquisition
  • Execute the digital marketing strategies, aligning the targeting and segmentation of the campaign, as well as the allocation of budgets across paid social, paid search, and paid to display digital marketing channels (sources) to meet digital marketing objectives
  • Analyse the performance of the previous and current digital marketing campaigns, content, creatives, and/or settings to identify market trends.
  • Responsible for optimizing Ads on channels to ensure the maintenance of CTR, CR, CPC, CPA, ... the best way for each implementation channel.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies and campaigns to the Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with the Brand & Communication team to improve the quality of creatives and content for a digital marketing campaign.
  • Adjust the configuration of the settings in digital platforms management tools.

2. Management and Business Intelligence Tools

  • Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
  • Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment (ROI)
  • Develop multi-channel performance digital marketing strategy (channels identification, resource allocation, target selection).

  • Configure settings in digital platforms management tools (Search engines, social media / messaging management platforms) to drive brand awareness and/or lead acquisition.

  • Manage website performance and SEO optimization tools.­ 
  • Ensure the effective collection of leads via Facebook/ Instagram/ Youtube/ Google/ Tiktok and other social media channels
  • Report on the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies and campaigns to the Marketing Manager
  • Adjust the configuration of the settings in digital platforms management tools.­        
  • In collaboration with the Software & Analytics function, develop and improve dashboards providing relevant business intelligence for effective decision making.
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.

Job Requirement

1. Background:                 

  • Especially Data-driven Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role
  • Technical knowledge about user acquisition
  • Proven experience in multi-channel campaigns on channels like AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
  • Ability to Implement tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

2. Experiences:

  • 3+ years working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Adnetworks)
  • Understand how it works on digital marketing channels, prioritize SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions
  • Ability to run and analyze Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Focus on growth: Experience running experiments and building user flow and growth models
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Marketing Software

3. Skills:

  • Strategic skill to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to display ads and retarget them across verticals, such as SEM, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, content discovery platforms, etc.
  • Collaborative skill: has to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and various levels of the organization. Must especially work closely with the concerned teams to set goals, report to senior management for campaign status, collaborate with the design team to produce channel-appropriate campaign briefs and creative assets.
  • Ability to make sensible decisions in a fast pace environment.
  • Leadership skills include motivating employees to perform well
  • Be responsible, diligent, enthusiastic, attentive & thoughtful
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work towards strict deadlines
