Job Description

  • Lead Brand Team, Digital & E-commerce Team and Customer Service Team in accordance with business plan;
  • Recruit, manage and evaluate staffs of the Marketing Department. Coaching and training to develop the necessary skills for the job, improve services, work methods.
  • Plan marketing goals, overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with objectives for the business and brands (including launching new season, store’s grand opening, customer events and managing portfolios of existing products)
  • Push growth on the brand/product(s) through the development and implement of advertising and retail excellence, plus trade and consumer promotion campaigns.
  • Own marketing calendar and Roll out plan and ensure a timely delivery of all retail marketing tools.
  • Own media channel strategy & execution, drive digitization as leading edge of the brand/products
  • Plan and execute customer strategy and research customer's insights.
  • Analyze market and consumer data and provide useful recommendations to management and reflect into business strategy and plan.
  • Lead direct reports to high professional marketing performance and develop them to next level.
  • Build strong relationship to press and media agencies, etc.
  • Weekly supervise and report for team operating via project metrics.
  • Plan & control annual budgets for the Marketing department

Job Requirement

  • Aged from 30 with at least 5 years at Marketing Director/Manager position. 
  • Experience in Marketing field in retail industry, cosmetics, F&B,..
  • Strong background of Marketing and modern marketing knowledge
  • Knowledge & Experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Platform
  • Knowledge & experience in brand, PR, media and advertising
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
